The Patio

At the centre of Palais Ambil lies its soul: a traditional Moroccan courtyard sheltered by a retractable glass roof that opens fully to the sky. Light shifts slowly through the day, filtered and golden by afternoon.

At the foot of the staircase, a cascading water feature draws the eye upward — water falling from the upper terrace into a stone basin at ground level, its sound a constant, quiet presence throughout the palace.

All six suites look onto the patio. It is where mornings begin, and where the pace of the city outside quietly dissolves.
